The apartments in the building consist of two rooms, totaling one bedroom, one bathroom, and a unified living room and kitchen area. In this unified space, there's also a sofa that converts into a bed, with access to a terrace boasting unobstructed views.
The Studio is a single space housing the bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Designed for two people, it provides direct access to a garden.
Further amenities provided in all rooms include an electric oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, frappe shaker, toaster, classic orange squeezer, laundry basin, clothes pegs, clothes iron, and hairdryer and diffuser, as well as mosquito repellent device.
Cleaning occurs every three (3) days and encompasses changing sheets and towels, as well as comprehensive space cleaning.
Wonderful experience! The hosts were so helpful and kind. 5 min drive to the port or to Stafylos beach - one of my favourites on the island. We have booked our vacation for next year already.

We had studio-apt & 1 room, both comfortable & clean, with all listed facilities. We enjoyed the valley view, also. Located up in an olive trees plantation, you need some driving skills to climb up 300m. Kind owners willing to help no matters what. We use the brother boat rental for a fair price & new boat for a day self sailing around the island. 1 min by car to supermarket and 3 min to city center.
We loved our stay in Licasti..we loved the view..the rooms are clean and have enough space..beautiful garden for breakfast and lunch..the road to access the house is curvey but not that difficult..not far away from supermarkets and the central road of skopelos where from there you can get to any beach in skopelos you want..close to the city and the port...we would totally come again..
